* Illinois Residents: Currently, all orders for ammunition to be sold or shipped to Illinois will need to be placed by phone. Before orders containing ammunition can be processed, we must have a valid/current copy of your F.O.I.D. card, and state issued ID or Drivers License. When receiving the information be email we would prefer that it is a jpeg picture, however we will accept almost any format. You may send your F.O.I.D. card and state issued ID/Drivers License to Illinois ID Information

Returns Policy

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please fill out the yellow form included in your shipment within 15 days of the package being received and return it to the address on the bottom of the form.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed on the Natchez website will be shipped Standard Ground via FedEx Ground Residential, FedEx Home Delivery or Fedex SmartPost. Certain items contain restrictions that do not allow them to ship via one method or another, and will utilize the available method for shipping those restricted items. Items that can’t be shipped by air service, we ask that you call in your order for delivery rather than place it on the web site.

Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories are areas served by USPS. Freight calculation for these areas must be applied post order submission, and we will send you an email for your approval asking you to confirm the new total of your order with the correct freight added to the order, after recalculation. Your card will not be charged until you respond to us. For quicker service to these areas, please call us at 1-800-251-7839 to place your order.

All packages shipped carry insurance for your protection should they become lost or damaged during transit.

Some oversized items are noted as such on our site and we request that you call for a freight quote. If these oversized items are ordered via the web, the freight charges will be recalculated after order submission and you will be notified for approval of the correct freight charges after we have received your order.

Ordering/Shipping not available for Tennessee, Georgia or Alabama.

International Orders

Please understand there are some restricted items that we cannot ship. We do not ship ammunition, any component of ammunition, chemicals, tripods, bipods, monopods, shooting sticks, night vision, night sights, or any gun parts (including magazines, speedloaders, and gun stocks). Optical sighting devices and mounts are dependent upon the country of destination. There may also be other items restricted due to guidelines set by United States export laws. The above listed items require an export license and Natchez does not ship any item that requires an export license.

The following brands cannot be exported due to regulations by the manufacturer: B-Square, Kleen-Bore, Break-Free, Bianchi, Safariland, Leatherman, Trijicon, Sure-Fire, Streamlight, EOTech, Leupold & Stevens, Redfield, Vortex, Sellmark, FLIR, Nightforce and Motorola.

All international orders have an $8.99 service charge, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges. Some items require additional export paper work (if the total value is $2500.00 US or more per commodity) to ship out of the country. If additional paper work is needed for export of an item(s) you are ordering, a service charge of $18.99 will apply to the order, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges. Any orders under $50.00 merchandise total will have a service charge of $12.99. We do not refund any shipping charges on any returned items.

We ship by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Express Mail only. By visiting www.usps.com you may calculate the mail charges. For customs forms requirements, we must have a telephone number. You will receive an email, before the order is processed and before the credit card is charged, with the shipping options and costs for your order so you can choose how you want the order shipped. After we receive your email on how the order is to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount billed to your credit card. All international orders require customs paperwork and all items will have the full declared purchase price.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or bank transfer ($20.00 additional service charge for bank transfers). If paying by credit card with your first order, and the order is $500.00 or more, we require a copy of the credit card and another form of identification faxed or emailed before the order will be processed. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange rates are automatically figured on credit card orders.

We can ship to a United States address; however, your international billing information that matches the credit card, must be listed on your order. If the billing information does not match the credit card information we will not ship the order.

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Shipping

We do accept orders for hazardous materials, but you can only ship up to 50 lbs per box of hazardous materials (powder, primers, fuses) combined. A hazmat fee of $28.50 applies to all hazardous materials shipping. If you order contains more than 50 lbs of hazardous materials, an additional $28.50 FedEx hazard charge will be added to your order per every additional 50 lbs of hazardous material.

0-50 lbs carries a $28.50 hazmat fee

51-100 lbs carries an additional $28.50 hazmat fee

101-150 lbs carries yet another additional $28.50 hazmat fee

And so forth.

Ammunition and Primers carry a hazmat fee of $40.00 when shipping via expedited service levels, other than standard ground.

WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER:

You will receive at least two emails when you place an order. The first is automated and is sent immediately after the order is placed, with all of the details of the order. The second email will notify you of the status of your order and in most cases, it will contain tracking information. If it does not, please read the email carefully and respond as needed. If you receive an email that needs further attention, please reply to that email as requested.

Orders that need verification and do not receive a reply will be canceled or shipped at our discretion without further notice after 5 business days. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

It is rare than an item is out of stock when the order was placed. In the event this happens, you will be notified of what item (s) were out of stock and your new final total. You will also be asked to reply to the email letting us know whether or not to proceed with your order. If you have any questions, please contact a product expert at 1-800-251-7839.

Out of stock merchandise will not be backordered automatically. You can use the stock notification feature on the web site to receive an email when an item returns to stock. The stock notification feature on our web site is not an order or backorder, just a notification.

BACKORDERS:

If you call us to request an item be placed on backorder, we will ship it automatically without notice if it returns to stock within 30 days. After 30 days, you will be notified when merchandise arrives.
