Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so fast.... I understand these are "used condition" but I believe they should be useful and fulfill their intended use. I bought 5 and 2 required a pry bar to open. Both were dented in the upper corner and could never hold a seal. I had previously purchased some in "used condition" and was happy with them. Clean them up a bit and hit them with some paint... Good as new. The damaged units are basically scrap. Not a good sale price when almost half are unusable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The real deal U.S. cans U.S. Military used cans, good seals, good paint, marked with caliber markings. Very minor surface rust wiped off with a damp cloth. Probably was outside in the rain once.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent shape for the right price! I bought 11 of these 50 caliber ammo cans to get the most out of my shipping cost. Each can cost me $10.67 including shipping. Out of the eleven one lower was bent by the hinge. Took the lid off, strategically placed some boards on a solid surface and a few wacks with a sledge & three minutes later straight again. OE paint was good on all. Only one that someone had personally painted there ID info on the caliber description side. I was very pleased with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Condition Used Cans I purchased 10 of these; they arrived quickly and were well packed. All of the cans are in good condition. They are used, a little dirty, but not overly dented, rusted, or abused. 2 minutes with a shop towel and some WD40 and each can looks great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actually surprised I was actually surprised @ the cond. of these cans. Of the four, two were, except for the stencils, almost unused. The other two, except for some minor scuffing and dust were what I would call "grade 1". No rust on any of them. For the $, I couldn't have gotten better cans, plus they arrived in two days. Great value.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best price The ammo cans are like new. I only wish that the shipping was less so I could have bought more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I first ordered some of these cans a few years ago. This a super great deal with a price that can't be beat. I am going to order more shortly. Sure these cans are used but are in almost new condition, and some of them could pass for unissued. I am using them for first aid containers for our cars, valuable reloading dies, and of course for ammo. Keep up the good work, for my part I have let a number of my friends know about this deal Ken

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Value! There's nothing sexy about these things....they are used 50 caliber ammo cans. I will tell you I have paid twice the price for cans that were no better than these. The ONLY downside is the price of shipping with Natchez, which is always on the rough side. I bought 10 of them to make the $21+ freight worthwhile. Again, they aren't perfect....but plenty good enough for the average Joe. Want new cans? Buy new cans!
