Payment Methods

For orders placed through our web site, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Online order currently only accept a single form of payment. We can process split payments on phone orders. For orders placed by phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery).

C.O.D. orders will be charged an additional $12.50 C.O.D. fee. This fee is charged by FedEx and will be included in the total that you are given by phone. The C.O.D. fee is nonrefundable. C.O.D. shipments must be paid for by either a Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Cash and personal checks will not be accepted by FedEx for C.O.D. payment.

Mail In Orders

We gladly accept mail in orders with money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks.

Please do not send cash through the mail.

All personal checks for first time orders or orders over $100.00 will be held 7 calendar days before we ship.

We recommend that you call us using our toll free line 1-800-251-7839, to start the order; ensuring availability and to correctly calculate the total charges. We will put your order 'on hold' until your payment is received (generally two weeks or 14 days). Another option is to go on our website (www.natcheszz.com) and use our shopping cart to assemble your order. Please reduce the shipping charge by $2.00 when calculating shipping via our website. You can then print the checkout page that already has all your information and mail to the address below.

General Policies on Mail-In Orders

  1. If your order includes scopes, bases, rings, bullets, shell holders, brass, primers or loaded ammo please give a 2nd choice. If your 1st choice item is not available and no 2nd choice item is named, your order will be shipped as is.
  2. At our discretion and according to product availability and lack of 2nd choices on order forms, order will be shipped as completely as possible unless a major item affects the rest of the order. For example: if you ordered a press and dies and the press was unavailable, the order would not be shipped.
  3. Due to the manner in which mail orders are processed, written orders cannot be changed or altered. Please check your order carefully before mailing. If your have any questions concerning your mail-in order BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, please feel free to call our INFORMATION line and ask for our mail department. Someone will be happy to answer any questions you might have concerning your order.
  4. To help us overcome an potential problems please include a good day time phone number.
  5. All order will be shipped FedEx unless clearly and specifically requested by US Mail. FedEx will not deliver to a PO BOX, therefore please include a complete physical street address. Any order being shipped by air or US Mail cannot include pressurized containers, powder, primers, chemicals, solvents, or an other hazardous materials. Ammunition can be shipped via FedEx only.
  6. If for any reason a prepaid order does not include sufficient funds to cover the total invoice price, your order will be held until we are able to contact you to determine how to handle your order. Tennessee Law requires that any unclaimed refund checks or credit balances, be tracked and maintained on a companies books for period of 5 years, therefore, due to the expense involved in tracking and managing these checks and balances, we have adopted the policy of automatically donating any refund due of .99 cents or less to the NRA Foundation's Youth Education Endowment. Any overpayment of $1.00 or greater will be refunded. By your purchase of merchandise, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Stock Availability & Backorders

Product availability on our website is live. In the case that an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email letting you know what item or items are out of stock and your new total.

If you would like to be notified when an out of stock item is available, you may click on the email notification to the right of the item. Please note, you will need have created an account and be logged in to utilize this feature. This will give you the option to receive an email when the item returns to stock. This feature is not an order or backorder, and does not hold pricing. It is a simple reminder that an item you were interested in is now available.

* Please note, this email notification is part of a scheduled event. It is possible to sell out before the emails are triggered.

We gladly accept backorders for most products, and also try to hold sale prices whenever possible on backordered items. Occasionally an item can not be backordered or a price may not be able to be held on a backorder. Due to the complexities involved, we ask that you please give us a call on our toll free line at 1-800-251-7839, to place an item on backorder.

International Orders

We do accept international orders and welcome the opportunity to fulfill your shooting sports needs. Please understand there are some restricted items that we cannot ship. We do not ship ammunition, any component of ammunition, chemicals, laser sights, tripods, bipods, monopods, shooting sticks, night vision, night sights, or any gun parts (including magazines, speed loaders, and gun stocks). Rifle/handgun scopes and mounts are dependent upon the country of destination. There may also be other items restricted due to guidelines set by United States export laws. The above listed items require an export license and Natchez does not export any item that requires an export license.

Also, the following brands cannot be exported due to regulations by the manufacturers: B-Square, Kleen-Bore, Bianchi, Safariland, Leatherman, Trijicon, Streamlight, Leupold, Redfield, Sure-Fire, EOTech, Vortex, Sellmark, Flir, Sig Sauer Optics, and NightForce.

All international orders have an $8.99 service charge, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges. Some items require additional export paper work (if the total value is $2500.00US or more per commodity) to ship out of the country. If additional paper work is needed for export of an item/s you are ordering, a service charge of $18.99 will apply to the order, in addition to regular shipping and insurance charges. Any orders under $50.00 merchandise total will have a service charge of $12.99 instead of $8.99.

We do not refund any shipping charges on any returned items. All actual merchandise values are listed on the export documents.

We ship by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail or UPS only. You can calculate the mail charges by visiting WWW.USPS.COM.

We must have a telephone number for customs forms requirements. You will receive an email, before the order is processed and before the credit card is charged, with the shipping options and costs for your order so you can choose how you want the order shipped. After we receive your email on how the order is to be shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount billed to your credit card.

Accepted methods of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or bank transfer ($20.00 additional service charge for bank transfers). If paying by credit card with your first order, and the order is $500.00 or more, we require a copy of the credit card and another form of identification faxed or emailed before the order will be processed. All fees for customs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange rates are automatically figured on credit card orders.

We can ship to a United States address. However, your international billing information, that matches the credit card, must be listed on your order. If the billing information does not match the credit card information we will not ship the order.

Shipping

All internet orders will be shipped FedEx Ground Residential, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx SmartPost. Please note that SmartPost is a collaboration between FedEx and USPS. USPS will do the finally delivery. IF your shipping address is not one serviced by USPS, you WILL NOT receive your order. It will be returned and will require additional shipping charges to reship. Please ensure you have a valid Postal address. SmartPost deliveries can take twice as long as standard FedEx ground.

If you need a package sent via Air Service you will need to call your order in at 1-800-251-7839.

Damages

All damaged shipments must be reported to us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipper and replace or credit as needed as soon as the claim process is complete. The length of time to complete the claim varies, but is usually within 10 business days.

Any shortages need to be reported to us as soon as possible.

In the event of any damage or shortage, all boxes and packaging regarding that order, must be kept on hand until the problem has been resolved and any claims paid in full.

Returns

All orders are shipped with a return form in the package. The form is yellow and dual purpose. One side is for returns, and one side is a mail in order form for those that mail in orders. Please fill out the returns side of the form accordingly and return to the address at the bottom of the form.

Please be aware we do not accept returns on ammunition, under garments, or used merchandise.

We accept returns within 15 days of the package being received. If you are making a return outside of this time, or if you have any questions or concerns about making a return, please feel free to call our Customer Service department at 1-800-251-7839.

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) Shipping

We do accept orders for hazardous materials, but you can only ship up to 50 lbs per box of hazardous materials (powder, primers, fuses) combined. A hazmat fee of $30.00 applies to all hazardous materials shipping. If you order contains more than 50 lbs of hazardous materials, an additional $30.00 FedEx hazard charge will be added to your order per every additional 50 lbs of hazardous material.

0-50 lbs carries a $30.00 hazmat fee

51-100 lbs carries an additional $30.00 hazmat fee

101-150 lbs carries yet another additional $30.00 hazmat fee

And so forth.

Ammunition and Primers carry a hazmat fee of $40.00 when shipping via expedited service levels, other than standard ground.
