Details & Specs

Do-All Outdoors .17 - .22 Bullet Box is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well Built! Theres no doubt it will take the bullet and nothing rimfire is going to penetrate. One thing, there were some fly back lead. It seems that the angle of the catch can spin a round out, hit the slanted back panel and back straight out. I would raise the catch piece and put sand in prior to shooting.

Is it safe to use indoors?

Asked by: klotzdog
As long as you keep the gun bore level and centered on the bullet trap, and be 20 - 25 feet away from it. Otherwise lead fragments will make it out of the trap some times. SO - For example I don't recommend standing and shooting down at the target while it sits on the floor. Keep the barrel at right angles to the center of the target and you ought to be fine. This is a good trap for .22 LR and high power air guns (22-25). I would not recommend it for 22 mag without adding reinforcing plates - the steel is not quite thick enough for sustained use.
